The Process

Put together your email content design and send across your HTML file to [email protected].
Once we receive your HTML email design file we add the Gearspace header and footer.
Once your eBlast is ready we send you a test email to check and sign off.
We then set up your eBlast campaign to go out on the agreed date.
We can send an eBlast performance report a week after if you’re interested.

What We Need From You

Having discussed your eBlast requirements with our team you will receive an email confirming the sending date. You then need to send across your designed message in HTML format and the images you want to use. Please make sure your HTML message does not exceed 600px wide.

The Do’s and Dont’s

Do

  • Do use standard HTML tables with inline CSS – remembering Gmail strips style tags.
  • Do keep your code as simple and clean as possible.

Don’t

  • Don’t use GIF or Flash animation.
  • Don’t exceed 600px wide with your message.
  • Don’t embed Video – use a thumbnail with a link to where the video is hosted.
  • Don’t embed Audio – use a thumbnail with a link to where the file is hosted.
  • Don’t rely on a background image as many email clients don’t show images as default.
  • Don’t use white text as it won’t be viewable if the background does not load.
  • Don’t rely on images loading. Keep all important information in the text.
  • Don’t include a Form.
